My son has food challenges and we needed some help with an intervention from a different angle.nnI have called customer service twice and both times the ladies that answered the phone were very kind and helpful.nnI have ordered pretty much everything on their menu over the last several weeks. The breakfast options are good. The oatmeal is not so good, however. The review that states it is not even oatmeal and is a mushy substance is accurate.nnThe burger, broccoli soup, spaghetti, three cheese ravioli, mac and cheese, etc is good.nnYes, you could do frozen meals from the store and Little Debbies and juice boxes. That statement on one of the reviews is also accurate.nnI wouldn't necessarily agree that it is frozen garbage, however. Some meals are hit or miss, but mostly hit in my opinion.nnThe meals are always delivered with care right to my door. They always pack condiments as well such as butter and pancake syrup tubes.nnThe only thing I wish they had were more kid friendly items such as chicken nuggets, cheese crisp, grilled cheese, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, French fries, crackers, etc.nnI hope this review helps.
TERRIBLE customer service. My client, K. Lentz had several orders come that wasn't the meals that she chose. We just let that go and never called about it. Then she had an order not even show up. I called an talked to a Kimberly and asked to speak to a supervisor. After holding I was disconnected. I called back and explained to Alice what had happened and she was very hateful and condescending. The reason for changing was based on poor customer service, not because of wrong orders or missed orders. We will be changing places. The only person that was very nice was the delivery man.
Mom's Meals needs to be investigated by Health and Human Services NE, US Dept of Justice, USDA for fraud.nnMom's Meals are receiving payment in full for products that are not accessible received and require disposal when finally received.nnMom's Meals agree to provide reasonable accommodations so I can benefit from their products. They fail to follow through with their agreements.nnI have requested reasonable accommodations that would not create undue hardship for their company. They agree to the accommodations, then refuse to provide them.nnThe food is mediocre to poor. The customer call center is patient and friendly, but ineffective in consistency in providing reasonable accommodations. I depend on the food assistance due to multiple disabilities.nnI do NOT RECOMMEND anyone to use Mom's Meals.
Excellent. It made it all the way to hawaii. As good as my mom.
Moms meals is horrible save yourself the trouble dealing with them nothing on their own website is true that being said. I used to be chef before my disability and nothing is chef created in what kitchen more like getting frozen garbage passing off as food. Healthy Choice or Marie Callender's are your better option priced at 2.99 per meal ,a box of little debbie's snacks 2.99 , box of juice 1.99, a box of granola 3.99 and a bag of fruit 3.99 . Order from grocery store and get delivered to you. Shame on Moms Meals for overpriced frozen garbage
