this has got to be the best costumer service i have ever encountered. the receptionist/manager is one of the nicest ladies i have ever met she explained things to me in ways that i could understand she gave me good prices and the work that the employees did was top notch work and were very nice, i would for sure recommend this business over anyone else and the best part is is that its family owned and i am a family guy so just keep up the good work and success will come to you shortly because your doing gods work.

I work for a non-profit who helps low income individuals and seniors and Mickle helps our clients all of the time. They are kind and amazing. They treat our clients with dignity and respect. They always make it right. I couldn't ask for more from a company. I would highly recommend.

Mickle is the only electric/plumbing company I will ever call! Friendly office staff and technicians, honest answers, very professional. Thanks They listen to what the problem is and work to resolve it without just trying to replace it or sell you something new. Mickle was recommended to us by a neighbor and we are so thankful! We are new to the area and tried several other companies before being referred to Mickle - all the others have been deleted from my address book. Kudos to Mickle Electric for being a company I feel confident about calling. Well done!

I would like the readers to know a couple things right up front. First I have nothing but respect for Terry Mickle (but he is no longer the owner)nSecond if you read my profile you will see I really only like to leave five star reviews. And third I never actually got to have any work done by the new owners. I own a older house that needed some wiring updates prior to its sale for the new owners insurance company, a co owner of Mickle Electric gave me the bid on the 21st of Sept and I told him to please go ahead as the house is sold. He advise me it could not be done for three or four weeks and that was agreed on. So the closing on the house was delayed a month. Today the 13th of October the other co owner called me. She advised me that I was not on her scheduled work and she was a full 12 weeks behind. I felt very sure I had an appointment for the 26th and no later. When I got over my initial grief I pressed her for a date she could preform the work. She would not give me an answer at all. I want to close this long review with a simple note. A professional service advisor would not make me feel like she didn't care about the person buying my house or myself at all.nFunny thing is when Allison called me today the first thing I said to her was, oh you have the house done?
