When we picked out a dress the owner was very willing to help. When the dress arrived, she didn’t bother to call me. When picking up the dress she didn’t bother to talk to me once. Horrible customer service.
There is a big selection of clothes offered in-store, and soon to be online with a big focus in Party, Quinceanera, and Formal wear. Many products outside of apparel offered are Christian based such as in Communion, Wedding, and Baptism. If you are looking for clothes for an occasion or just want to update your look, then looking here is a great choice. At this time, it is a small business in the East side of Des Moines, with a couple people in staff on and off working part time throughout the week. It is ideal if you know Spanish, but English is fine for the most part. The owner tries their best given the amount of requests taken by the week, the Spring and Summer months are definitely most busy, so it may be tough to get your request, but times are getting better. It really is a nice alternative than going to the mall. NO need to harass, threaten, or leave poor and non-constructive feedback as that does not help in improving the place.
