Salaried employees pay was cut, but tossed them in the line of fire of exposure and extra hours....this is not right for a multi billion dollar company. Zero Star deserved

employees care you just never fitted in. Very hard workers at Aramark to make customers happy. I know cuz I work there. Sure there are 1 or 2 bad apples like ever place you go but they soon be weened out the door

Terrible uniform service. This week they showed up with no uniforms. I have an issue EVERY week with them. The quality of wash is terrible. Our uniforms look dirty when they come back. We tag items to be fixed and they come back washed with the tag still in the hole. It's terrilbe. I feel bad for the drivers. Ours is the nicest guy you'll meet and it's not his fault the quality sucks. There is NO Quality check before things leave.

DO NOT USE Aramark, have been asking to have a representative/manager who can actual explain the reason my bill has tripled in the last year and they keep having my driver contact me. Soon as the sales rep leaves your office so does the customer service. Not to mention that even after all the complaints and letters written to them we still have missing article of clothing. I personally have to count with the driver every week and have him sign a sheet which I made up to have written documentation. Can not believe this is the way that such a large corporation that over took a good name runs their business.

Drivers are very dangerous. Including the one that almost hit my car on 6/12/19 at 10am near the beaver ave Ace hardware.
