I was SO SKEPTICAL of any dealers on Broadway after hearing so many stories so I did my research on Cicero first. Went and looked at a vehicle, loved it! I NEVER review on here but the experience was so good I cant miss out on leaving one.nn1. HONESTY... he had just gotten the car on his lot, explained that the sway bars needed replaced and he already had them ordered... that he would include them if i purchased and 3 days later he held up to his promise! RARE FIND IN A CAR DEALER!n2. Price was above what I had and Chilly and his wife Paris were awesome, worked with me to make my purchase affordable!n3. Chilly explained in detail it was a new car to his lot and he had driven it and inspected it to the best of his abilities, I had the vehicle a few days and it had a check engine light... had it scanned and mssged Paris, she immediately put me in contact with Chilly who ordered the part that I needed :-) RELIABILITY, CARING ABOUT THEIR NAME & KEEPING THEIR CLIENTELE, AGAIN... NOT NORMAL WITH MANY DEALERSHIPS!n4. The purchasing experience from a smaller dealership, the people involved and friendly service was amazing!nnIf your looking for a good quality used vehicle, a sales associate who is not pushy, upfront, personable and honest about his vehicles... DO NOT HESITATE to call them. I've had many new cars off Dodge & Chevy lots and never had the kind of experience I've had with Cicero!nnHappy car shopping :-)

Very good place to buy! I bought my car from them last month.They were honest and upfront about everything. Great family atmosphere. I had total peace talking with the owner, very nice guy. If you're looking for an honest place to buy where they care about you as an individual, definitely buy from this dealership. I love my car!

My family has bought multiple vehicles from Cicero Auto Sales in the past 6 years, very satisfied with every one of them! Most recent purchase was my Infinity my husband surprised me with!! (I LOVE EVRYTHING ABOUT IT, SO CUTE!) Family owned business with excellent customer service!

We had an agreement to trade-in my car for a car on this lot. We agreed on the price of the trade-in and the purchase price of the new car. The owner told me just to get financing and it was good. The next day, i let them know I was going through the financing process. They replied “sounds good thanks for the update”. Later that same day I obtained financing and I let them know I had been approved. the owner then text me and told me that his wife wants to keep the car and that he will not sell it. So I got a credit ding for no apparent reason and he backed out of an agreement we already had. Don’t trust this place.
