If i could give this place negative stars i would. This atm stole my debit card! The second i put my card in the atm screen says its out of order and wont give me my freaking card back. This happens conveniently at 6:30 pm when all banks are closed. Customer service took 2 hours to get ahold of just for them to tell me ill have to call my own bank and wait two weeks for them to get me a new card. NEVER GOING TO USE A US BANK ATM AGAIN. Dont bank here either, they rob you.
The SLOOOOOOOOWEST bank I have EVER been to. I have to come here to make deposits often for work. I could literally be the only person here, it will still take 10 min in the drive through. What are the tellers doing that is so different than every other bank in Iowa?!?! Inexcusable!!!!
I had just stopped in to cash a check and the teller who was an older lady was very rude and unprofessional. She was acting as if I was bothering her by making her do her job. Im pretty sure she made a racial slur under her breath towards me.
Don't honor their own checks charge you for everything
