I wanna start off by saying thank you to Pam she works very hard and is so sweet an nice to talk too! Very understanding and hard working lady she manages not only her home base units but also different ones around her area as well she hardly ever takes any time to her self and takes big pride in the company she works for I believe she deserves anything y’all could think to treat her too! Also thank you to Emily I haven’t gotten to know her though on my last day of move out I called her and she was so sweet and nice and sounded like a very kind person as well to get to talk too. Thank you StorageMart for hiring the nice team you have and I hope they both get to advance higher in your company because they care for the customers and business!
I have been a customer here for over two years, and would recommend this location to friends and family. The manager, Pam, makes transactions easy, and has assisted me in making sure I am in the right unit for my needs. Pam keeps the facility clean, so I know my items are safe.
I spoke with Jessica who was able to find me a FANTASTIC deal!! She worked very hard at getting my unit at a great price& the customer service I received was beyond what I expected. Thank you!!!
