Excellent customer service which I've found is a rare thing these days! Immaculate facilities, literally hospital clean every time I go in. The indoor loading/unloading area is a huge bonus and has saved the day a couple times already with rainy/cold moves. Feels super secure and love the temperature/humidity control. All types of carts and dollies for your use is another bonus. In all honesty, it will feel like you should be paying more for it! Can't go wrong here, highly highly recommend! Best storage around.

Great place to store your items. Facility is clean and staff is great! They walk you through everything the first time your there. Plus it’s a secure facility as well, so you know your stuff will be safe!

Green Acres Storage in Ankeny is hands down, the best storage experience I've ever had. The place is basically brand new. If its raining, you can pull your vehicle in to the huge garage to unload or load your stuff, so you don't have to worry about getting wet. From my understanding, all units are climate controlled, and your unit most likely will not smell like motor oil because cars are not allowed in the storage units! Each unit has very high walls, so you can stack your stuff pretty high. I got a great deal for basically half off the cost of a storage unit for three months, and I haven't seen any spiders or other bugs! Very friendly staff, and a great place to store your stuff!
