They let my order sit while drivers left with other orders. Now been 90 minutes. They say they will make it again so it's fresh. We'll see...nUpdate: it was very fresh and tasty. If it hadn't taken 90 minutes they would get 5 stars for the taste.
So this place looks a little dodgy pulling up but its great. The staff are all friendly and food is really good, i always get a pizza and wings so if you don’t know what you want definitely do that combo! They’re surprisingly busy so definitely order ahead. Not a sit down available here
Solid pizza, toppings kinda fell off but I still ate it all.
My son came in with a free personal pizza coupon and he redeemed it. He picked it up and within three steps, dropped it. They replaced it with no questions asked and were amazingly nice about it. Thank you so much.
Unfortunately there is a lack of fast food in the extreme west Ankeny/ Polk city area. I do frequent this location and it is a negative experience over 50% of the time. Ask for extra sauce and you get even less sauce. Thin crust pizzas are dry as a cracker many times. Wait times have been atrocious many times. I could write a page but I’ll end it here.
