Visited this gym prior to a powerlifting meet in Des Moines. As far as powerlifting/weightlifting gyms go, this one is probably the best one in Iowa. Actually pretty spacious with organization of lifting types in the gym. It can be a bit on the dirty side, but with the crossfit/HIIT training and powerlifting that occurs here, its hard to keep it emaculate. People here make it better because they are actually very knowledgeable and willing to help. Would make this my regular gym if I lived near it.
