Kind of like goodwill, only all the clothes are a lot nicer. Name brand clothes in nearly perfect condition way below retail prices. No clothes for small children. Pretty much teens and up.
Well organized, clean store. Excellent selection of very nice clothes and accessories. Staff was extremely nice. My daughter said it's her new favorite store.
I brought in my clothes from Ames to Ankeny since it was the closest. They said I would have to come back the next day and I thought “the one in west des moines doesn’t but it’s whatever. I will make an hour drive to come pick up”. I come back the next day and they were closed. I looked at my text messages and they sent a message that said AnkPC and all they said was that they were closed. I was a little annoyed. So then I come back on Saturday and instead of opening at 11 am, they opened at 12 pm so I waited a whole hour in Ankeny. Then they told me I got nothing for 20 items. So I waisted 3-4 hours of my day and gas because they didn’t call me that they were going to be closed. Never again. Definitely go to the West Des Moines one.
