A young, thoughtful salesman named Isaiah showed us the car on Friday and answered our questions. There was no pressure as we told him it was our first day out looking at cars. We returned Monday and were assisted by another young, helpful salesman named Cooper, who rode along as we test drove the car on I-35. we appreciated his patience with our questions and concerns. We bought the car, but there was only one key, which was a disappointment to us as these types are not cheap. Cooper followed up with the former owner, who brought in the second key the next day. We are happy with the car and the good service we received.
I had a very uncommon issue with my car that another dealership was responsible for. Instead of sending me back to that dealership (which is 30 miles away), the staff at Dewey handled this issue with patience and professionalism. They made sure I understood what happened, contacted the other dealership to handle the payment and were very kind about the whole situation. Although it took a few hours to resolve, I would highly recommend this service department. They seem to really care about their customers.
I worked with Bradley and the experience was fantastic he made it super easy and simple. We went over different options to really hekp me get things taken care of. It didn't feel like a sale pitch. It was more personal. Seemed like a friend trying to help out. Overall the it was awesome and I'd make sure to send anyone his way for one. He truly cares about the persons situation and business to try his best to find the happy middle point. Highly recommended. And all my future vehicle business will go to him and this company. Also, shout out to Stephanie for making sure all the final paperwork and fine print was explained clearly and was very helpful to make sure to walk me through each option. Both these people were amazing and deserve extra for their services for going above and beyond
I want to say a big thank you to Justin Carter at Dewey Jeep! He made my experience easy and exciting. He made sure to explain everything I need to know about my new Jeep. He went through all the options and how to get my phone connected to the vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and extremely polite. I would recommend all my friends and family to him and the dealership.
I had nothing short of an amazing experience. Thank you, Christi Adams for going out of your way to help me find a car that’s a perfect fit. Customer service was absolutely wonderful, the whole process went pretty quick. We first went in on a Saturday and by the following Saturday we walked out owning a new car.
