Linda and the rest of the staff were very helpful in helping me purchase a new truck! I walked away with a truck beyond my expectations and they helped me along the way with any questions, concerns, and gave me a very fair price. I never felt pressured once during the purchase. The financing team and Butch were awesome as well. Olga was very helpful in showing me all the tech features I never knew about. This has been my best experience at a dealership by far.

We bought a brand new 2021 trailblazer and was happy with our purchase. This is the first brand new car ever purchased by me or my wife. The experience was good until the car shut down on the interstate at 72 mph. If you put yourself in my shoes you can imagine how happy I was. The salesman and the service department were great to deal with. The issues I have is the dealership as a whole didn't really seem to care to much based on how they handled the inconvenience of the problem. They are supposed to be number one in customer service but I believe they could have done more for us. It is what it is and done and over with. Thanks

Everyone was very helpful and when they found that there was a tire leak due to a small nail they were able to take care of it promptly.

The car buying process was very smooth. There were no issues with communication. I received prompt responses from everyone I worked with which is very appreciated. I was offered a fair deal for my trade in. I purchased the car (the nicest/newest vehicle I have ever owned) and it was delivered to my house in Minnesota two days later by Brad, who was a pleasure to work with. He drove my new car up to me and drove my trade in back to the dealership. Troy in accounting was also very kind and helpful and reassured me not to worry about getting to the DMV, because the title work is being taken care of by another company, which is included in the cost of the car. Best car buying experience yet! I definitely recommend Karl's Chevrolet. :)

Our experience at Karl Chevrolet was outstanding! We went in not sure exactly what we were looking for, and Chris Reif helped us pick out the perfect car for our family. He and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We were so impressed with our visit and we love our new vehicle!
