I recently bought a travel trailer from them, everything looked great as it was used, but when my wife and I took it out for the first time the week of purchase. We encountered a few issues. The trailer was bought as is, however we notified imperial of these issues and brought it back, they fixed all of the issues without charging when they didn't have too. This is excellent customer service and speaks volumes about the way the operate! They care about their customers and not just about making a dollar! I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a new/used trailer as they'll do their best to get you into something you're looking for, or any repairs! Definitely made a customer for life!

The people at imperial really impressed me. I was looking at a fifth wheel and went in to look at it and on the website I was on it was posted for almost half of what they were asking for. Somehow it had gotten posted with the wrong price tag on it. Had a similar situation with the dealer in Omaha. all I got from them was a thank you for pointing out the error. What I got from imperial was them honoring the price that they had posted on the website I was looking at. So I got a hell of a camper at a hell of a price. Very satisfied customer if I ever need anyting Imperial RV that's where I'm going

We met with Josh and he showed us exactly what we asked to see. No up or down sale. No pressure sales, finance was easy. We hit some snaggs, but they were great getting everything smoothed out. I would highly recommend and use them again.

We bought a brand new camper May 6, which was fantastic service. Went camping May 8-10 and discovered that there was water leaking outside the camper. It’s all enclosed underneath so we couldn’t see exactly where it was coming from but in the general area of the black/grey tanks. Called on Monday super awesome said to bring it in and it would get looked at. So today when we called it still hadn’t been looked at. 2 weeks is ridiculous especially when we had it for 5 days and it was not our doing that there was a leak.

I was a satisfied customer as long as I was purchasing a camper from them. I enjoyed the experience I had with Josh and Zach they treated me very well. I purchased two travel trailers from them and was going to upgrade one more time to a fifth wheel. They just didn't have what my wife was looking for. So we went somewhere else. I tried to keep in touch by having them winterize my camper every year because I knew that this probably wouldn't be our last camper. The 1st year was OK but then the 2nd year I was treated like a second class citizen because I had not purchased this camp are from them. The service manager did take my appointment .And then when I dropped it off She asked me what camper it was and I told her the 5th wheel and she said O if I would have known that I would have bumped you back. I'm sure everybody does this but my advice is I wouldn't announce it I probably won't go back there to buy another camper which is to bad because just because I don't own one now my money is as good as everybody else's.
