Since there was no dine in available, I ordered food in the lobby. My Big Mac meal was served promptly and all of the food I received was hot and tasted great. This is a very good location. I'll definitely eat there again.

I couldn’t tell what the lady said taking the order because of all of the people screaming. So I said “ what was that?” And in a really snotty voice she said “what’s up?” The only person I have a good experience with is the older lady at the first window. She’s great the rest of the people are rude and don’t care what they serve

AVOID this McDonalds at all cost.nnIf you prefer McDonalds you had better go to the McDonalds on N. Ankeny Blvd. I just arrived home a few minutes ago with the worst order I ever had at any McDonalds in my rather long life.nnI ordered a McChicken, & two Double Quarter Pounders with 3 Large fries. I was sent to the parking spot to wait for the order. A few minutes later a little guy runs up to my window and dashes away. My son in the back seat wanted his McChicken. When I opened the bag I noticed two fries were missing but two hamburgers and a McChicken were under the Fries. I checked the receipt and the order was paid for.nnI backed up and got the missing fries from the takeout window and departed. At the first red light I reached into the bag and checked the burger and without even opening it realized it was a small hamburger.nnBy then I was on the freeway so I called the manager on the way home. After a lengthly conversation her excuse was that she could not watch her employees. She said I'd need to go through a long process as my complaint was sent through her upper echelon of the McDonalds chain of command. Also, the tiny hamburgers that costed me the price of a double quarter pounder looked pathetic>nnThis McDonalds is completely mismanaged.

Each time coming to this location my order is either wrong, or the customer service is far from exceptional. Just went through ordered 2 cokes and a large fry and couldn’t even get that correct. Got two diet Coke’s and a medium fry...
