Favorite Quick Stop for my hazelnut iced coffee!!
Typically have good experiences with correct order, friendly service, and hot food. Considering a fast food joint with so many customers in short periods, they do a great job!
Have usually had good food and service at this location, but tonight was a complete fail. Ordered 2 1/4 pounder meals, no way was the patty a1/4 lb. , the burgers were extremely salty, I like salt, but these were terrible, the fries were barely warm and very soggy, and even our 2 apple pies were colbs. Worse meal I have ever had there. Guess I will not be back for awhile. New Burger King by Adventureland is great, so will visit them.
The drive through is nuts. 5 cars in the other lane got to order food before we even had a chance. Had to finally ask if we could order food and it sounded like the guy didn't know what was going on or that we were there. Highly recommend going to another location as they don't seem to have it right here and the speed is lacking.
Can't get orders right and care only enough to make it right. But do not expect an apology or anything above the bare minimum of customer service. And the food is hit or miss, freshness depends on when you go and if they have to remake your order or not.
