Nice local diner with a warm welcoming staff. Food is good and at a good price. They have a tv in the background but its got the volume off/low and no loud music so you can have a nice conversation with whoever your eating with or just sit in peace and enjoy all you can drink coffee refills. I've never had anything I didn't like there. My family has been going there over 10 years now and its a favorite of ours.
Best breakfast in Ankeny. Everytime my sunny side eggs come out perfect.
Great food and we had a terrific waitress
