They went from knowing greeting me by name and being helpful to today refusing to cash my check. When I asked to talk to manager someone I had never seen before came. He basically added fuel to fire as he told me process that has happened for years with me in bank did not. Don't know where these new people came from but if this is Wells Fargo going forward it is time to leave. Wish I could do no stars!
My bank is usually Wells Fargo at the place I live, but I can't mention place such as Wells Fargo in Ankeny. Their customer service and friendship fires me up very much. Nice staff, very friendly people. Excellent place to have business with. ud83dudc4d guys.
Employees are rude and are more interested in continuing their conversation with each other before helping the customers. When I was in mid conversation with a banker he got up and left to go talk to someone else without saying anything to me. This place is a joke. I will take the drive to Wells Fargo on Ingersoll Ave in Des Moines to get better service. I wouldn't recommend going to the bank!
Wow, I applied for a secured credit card and the application went smoothly but then had some hiccups in the waiting period due to some bad communication on the banks credit card department. I went in to complain and the guy who helped me do the application Michael said that’s unacceptable. He immediately called the department and got everything processed within a few hours. Employees like this make customers for life by caring and working hard to solve he customers issues. Go see him if you need help.
Nobody wants to stand in line and wait, while the teller and another customer talking about movies, and conversations, unrelated to cashing a check, or banking, period. do your job and hurry up! I come on my lunch don't have time to stand !
