Great customer service. They were very patient showing us all the types of perfumes and gave great recommendations when I couldn't decide which perfume to get.

Doesn’t even stand by their word. Overpriced cologne & perfume. DO NOT BUY anything from this store! How do I take away the 1 Star? Maybe half a star and that’s being generous.

Bought a mens cologne that I liked very much and due to my enthusiasm neglected to do any price comparisons...as a result I paid 100% higher than prices online. I suspect that most products in this shop are priced similarly. It was certainly my error in thinking that as an outlet store would have discountd prices. We won't be back here again.

The 2 stars are not for the store itself but rather for the experience I had while there. I had stopped in to do some shopping, was being assisted by a gentleman who was very knowledgeable about things I was searching for. He was extremely helpful answering my questions, showing me items that would allow me to take my perfumes on trips. While in the middle of assisting me the other worker started mumbling rudely under her breath. Found it to be extremely unprofessional and off putting.

Went back just because I was just in the mall and had Justin help me, walked me through many fragrances and was a great help in narrowing down what I liked and disliked in a fragrance. Very helpful and got me what I wanted.nPrice is still very hit or miss, every quality product is going to be full retail price, with the business plan of selling multiple fragrances for steep discounts.nIf you take advantage of the discounts (ex. buy one half off on the next) then the price is close enough to anything online to justify it, especially since a store front is giving you; customer service, the ability to actually smell what you're buying, and the fact that you get the product that day and don't have to wait for long shipping times.
