Very unpleasant greeting when I walked in, no help in getting a dressing room, nor checking on me while I was in the dressing room. Then had to call over an employee to check me out because I’d been standing at the register for 5 minutes without any validation. The employees had the worst attitudes. Definitely won’t be going to this one again, the Jordan Creek store puts this one to absolute shame.
Very friendly and welcoming. Love the comfortable environment.
Terrible customer service at this location. Girls stayed at register talking to each other the whole time we were there. Store was full and they didn’t speak to one customer.
Went to this outlet store Francesca's in Altoona day after Xmas. Walked around this extremely small store with arms full of clothing to try on. Not one time did any of the 4 girls just standing at the cash register talking about everything but what they should be doing ask me if I needed a dressing room. Not once when I was in the dressing room did anyone check on me. Still I could hear them talking laughing. Not doing their job obviously. Very young immature help at this store. Will NOT be back. Will instead visit the store at Jordan creek. Sad because I wanted to like this outlet mall close to home so much.
