Very unhappy with service. Purchased some clothing I was not able to try it on due to their dressing rooms being closed. I exchanged it, it still didn't work so I tried to return it and have the charges put back on my Torrid credit card. The clerk told me since I exchanged it I could no longer put it back on my card. I only could have a gift card. I asked them to apply the gift card to my Torrid credit card. No! Can't do that either.nIf I had been told I couldn't return them and have them put back on my card I would have never purchased the 2nd time.nI will never make the mistake of purchasing from there again!!
I love Torrid!! The staff are so friendly and helpful!!
My favorite Torrid location in the metro area. They usually do a good job helping you out and just being friendly
LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Only complaint is the prices. Its just too high for me to shop there very often.
The ladies are fantastic. Very helpful and I will be going back.
