The food is hot. And its close by. And the peopl r fast and very nice. And by dog loves to go there because they always give him a doggy bone treat.

Ordered curbside, app said to check in when i got there via app. I disabled GPS but it gave an option to find a staff member and tell them the order number. Still refused my order. Customer service is a joke. This is why none of you deserve anything close to $15. Sorry not sorry. Get a real job.

Yes I went through your drive-thru tonight at the McDonald's in Altoona on Adventureland Drive and had one of the rudest customer service interactions I've ever had the kid that was working the drive-thru told me through the intercom when he told me to hold on and then we watched five cars in the other lane go through and I just asked him hey are we going to get our order taken and he said exact words wait or leave and then that was it so I waited place my order got up there and ask for the manager and the manager said yes that's uncalled for I will take care of that and she took my money and then she turn around and she shut the door things at the drive-thru but she didn't shut it all the way and she turned around and all she did was wave her arms around she did not say a word to that kid and she like she was like she was disciplining in and then she walked away so when I pick up my food I was like may I have your name and she said no and I said may I have your name and she said next time you come back here I'm calling the cops now these people need to be fired reprimanded I mean is it that they're so uncalled for it's f****** crazy I'm so upset because I've never been treated so harshly by customer service of my life anyway I just thought you needed to know

food was great to eat. except, the people at drive thru today we’re really rude. i’d use my manners and they wouldn’t acknowledge me. looked like food was thrown in my bag and fries weren’t very well kept. very poor experience today overall.

Upon entry we were able to order our food quickly. However, when we took our seats on the patio we noticed a Rooster fighting ring near the dumpster. Naturally we put 20 on red, now with 40 dollars we decided to leave, but were happily interrupted by none other than Ellen Degenerous! Overall your average McDonald's.
