TBJ is a welcoming Reform Jewish congregation in Des Moines with special emphasis on relating time-honored Jewish traditions to how to live life in modern America. Services are a mixture of inspiration and contemplation, distinguished by music from a variety of individuals. We are the oldest congregation in Iowa but never shy about adapting to meet the spiritual and social needs of our various members and guests!

If reform is your thing, this is a wonderful shul and their is a great man. They should feel blessed to havebhim as their rabbi.
