Pizza Hut

This place literally refused to deliver my order, contact me, and stole my money upon refund. Management is terrible and should be avoided

I wouldn't give this establishment not 1 star but in order to post my review I have to. Horrible customer service. I placed a carry out order for me an my kids picked up the order went home an opened the box an it wasn't what I asked for I then called pizza hut asked to speak with a manager DAVID ALLEN got on explained to him that this was not what I ordered and We don't eat pork , I asked could I get a replacement pizza mind you it's about 10 at night he saids I will replace the pizza but you will have to come get is I explained that I didn't wanna come back out tonight an I live not far. He said no that is all I can do for you I said can I just get my money back then. He said no an to just contact corporate an hung up on me . I then went into the store an hand a few words for him at this point he wouldn't replace my money or my order my I will never order from here again an will be contacting corporate on Monday

At the moment you enter that restaurant the stuff gives you an excellent feeling. Very congenial stuff, it is a happy place to go out with your friends or with your date. heavenly meals, creative chef, reasonable price and courteous service. Highly recommended.

Waited 2 hours for my food, only to find out they canceled my order. I made this order online. Would not recommend if you actually want to eat
