Love the bread and that they have more options on sizes instead of the standard they used to offer. Wouldn't necessarily recommend delivery but drive thru and walk-in orders are still freaky fast
My service was decent. But what I saw behind the counter was just plan uncalled for! The guy behind the counter witness another worker make the sandwich incorrectly and when he said something, the worker shrugged it off with a laugh proceeding to say who cares its delivery!! Makes me rethink having anything delivered to me from Jimmy John's.
The food is always good, but they have no business calling themselves “freaky fast. “
Three starts only because when they're on point the food is good and the service is quick. However, too many times have I ordered and they've gone to the wrong address or taken over an hour. This last time it took them 10 minutes before they called to tell me they had no driver. I always pay in cash now so I don't have to worry about a refund.
