I was involved in a car accident a few years back. Filed suit within 6 months with Marc Harding as my attorney. It took over 3 years to get a very low settlement. I was content to ride it out and try to get a better settlement in court until I found out that Marc has an on-going relationship with the defense attorney. He drug out the filing process as long as he could to prevent me from seeking out another attorney and then did not push for a fair settlement in order to maintain his business relationship with the oppositio. I would highly reccomend seeking other attorneys if you are looking for representation.
