I just started Power Life and is it amazing! From the high energy yet calming instructors to the overall effective workouts, it is great. The instructors create a welcoming environment for beginners like myself where I don't feel intimidated to step out of my comfort zone. Would recommend for everyone to try!!
Absolutely love Power Life! They have something of everyone. My favorites are the barre and sculpt classes. Can't go wrong with a good Power session, though! The instructors motivate you to work hard but also encourage making your practice your own. Highly recommend!

Besides the amazing instructors, they are taking your safety to the highest level possible in these challenging times.
There's a variety of classes and instructors, so you get a different experience each time. The Downtown studios have been packed each time I've gone, which is a little chaotic. Overall, I've really enjoyed the classes and find it to be a great workout and relaxing time as well. I just wish there was a consistent schedule where each day had the same offerings and more consistency with who teaches what, I tend to like certain instructors better than others.
