I've been going to Zach for massage for about 2 years now. He's awesome. Not only is there a real sense of caring, he is extremely knowledgeable; a true practitioner of massage therapy. As for the Yoga side, I can honestly say that Sandi (Zach's Wife) is about the only person i know that can match Zach's ability to make you feel welcome and comfortable. In addition, her history as a dancer and years of teaching Yoga have given her an amazing innate ability to sense your body's strengths and weaknesses which allow her to really tailor your Yoga experience for your maximum benefit..whatever your goals are! I'm a bigger guy (over 400lbs) and was apprehensive to either get a massage (my favorite thing to do naked is put cloths on!) or work out (having spent so much of my life saying 'i feel physical activity and actively avoid it'.) However, these two (the dynamic duo as i call them!) made the entire thing seem natural. I'm glad i can give back by giving them a good review. I've been going to Safiyah for massages for around a year or more and enjoy getting them monthly. She does a great job.
Maggie the instructor is extremely nice and wonderful to be around. Very friendly and explains things well. I just wish a more noticable sign was out front, I passed the building 2x!
