Very poor employer, no one knows how to run a store or have adequate employees for each shift. Maybe you should try hiring more people to work at your stores so your managers are not working 7 days a week and complaining to customers about the amount of time they have to work. No I dont work for git n go nor would I ever work for git and go I just know someone who does work for you and you guys take advantage of her and other employees

I wasn't even able to get into the store in Pleasant Hill. I'm disabled and in a motorized wheelchair. They do not have a wheelchair assessable sidewalk to their store. It is 2020, hasn't Git N Go heard of ADA? I was shocked.

Went into 86th and Meredith, Urbandale Iowa location this morning 12/17. A lady was working. She was extremely disorientated and was zoned out. I repeatedly tried to tell her what I needed and FINALLY she figured it out. I purchased a package of mints and two packs of cigarettes. I watched her ring up a 9.99 purchase on top of my items which totaled 27.10. I explained that two packs of cigarettes and mints should be around 17.00. She became upset and said to me “I’mnSorry, I try not to be mean to people but I’m trying to save my own life.”? Not sure what that meant. I truly believe she was trying to overcharge me the 9.99 in hopes I wouldn’t notice it and pocket the extra. Once I told her it was wrong that was when she was became angry, almost as if she was saying I’m sorry I’m trying to take money from you but I’m trying to save my life. This definitely needs addressed, hoping this isn’t happening to other people who don’t pay to attention to amount they owe.

Charged me 75 dollars for 10 dollars of gas. Had to wait 5 hours until they finally gave me my money back. Do not go to this store they will take your money

Git n go worse customer service I have ever experienced. If I could if a 0 star I would. I have been double charged by Git n Go number 2 twice. The manage I spoke to from the gas station Told me to wait 5 business days to if it would drop because in their records they only have one charge. I have waited patiently for the charge too drop off. I have still not seen the charge be refunded. I go to git n go number two where I was charged and where I was told to come back too and now I am informed they can’t help me I have to be in contact with the corporate office. As a customer who decided to spend money at there business I think it would be nice to be informed when I flat out ask if I need to do anything else other than coming back to the gas station with my bank statement.
