There was a manufacturer's defect in the boots that I purchased. The staff was able to assist me in getting a pair that is actually an upgrade, and I only had to pay the difference. I buy a pair of boots on average every 8 months so I will definitely be coming back.
Union discount, same as G&L, very helpful staff, points on purchases, Thorogood Boots in stock, big selection of Carhart clothes. I'll definitely return for more work wear.
More than boots! All Construction gear. If your in a Union let them know.
Good selection but took a half hour to get rung up twice
Terrible customer service. Went to return a few items from the Holiday Season , for in store credit. Went home and tried to order an item from their online store. Checked my balance and it was zero dollars , went into the store and tried to get the problem resolved politely. The sales associate before did not know how to properly give in store credit and I lost $50 due to in proper training. Management did not even apologize for the mistake , will not be returning anytime soon !
