They were nice about letting me try on clothing and helping me during the initial purchase, but when I had a problem they were not willing to fix it. I went to the manufacturer directly and the manufacturer was more than willing to help. I will be purchasing from the manufacturer directly going forward. The same owner also owns Mr. B's and the Backroom.

I can't think of another store in Des Moines with a cooler selection of high end men's fashion. The associates here are incredibly helpful, if you want it. (I need all the help I can get!)
The two men that work here are so incredibly knowledgeable and they really do put time and effort into getting you just what you need. They’ve remembered my name each time I’ve gone there and done a fantastic job of helping me along my way of carving my own image. Best clothing shop in Des Moines. True gem.
Absolutely an AMAZING store. The employees were very welcoming and helped me feel comfortable. They were also very knowledgeable about the clothes that they sell. I had no problem trying out specific clothing that they had that i was interested in and discussing the item in general. Very good place for the guy who wants to dress well in a very classic way.
