If I could give a negative star in the triple digits for their online grocery delivery I would.Josh the manager had nothing but excuses while I a disabled,poverty level person who cannot drive because of medical reasons was told twice ,(at the end of the month no less),nn“That they could not deliver my groceries because they were short handed and they would refund my debit card & food stamps and to reorder for the next day”...I ordered my groceries at least 3 days ahead,how is that my problem?nnThat sounds good on paper but it could take up to 34 hours for the money to show in my account again.It’s the end of the month I’m thankful to have it the first time.So here I sit unable to drive,no bread & milk and no help from customer service

Waited exactly 2 hours. Called about the long wait. Staff came to my vehicle 2x to take my info down and to tell me it was long wait times, however one of the 1st and last vehicle to get my groceries which was a small order. I finally had to flag another stagg member down. They finally tell me they lost my order, but couldn't give me that information until 2 hours later that they needed to shop for all my items again....never again will I do pick up ordering here.nnShort staff or not this is not okay, as my frozen items were no longer frozen....if this is going to be an issue contact your customer and schedule another day for delivery or offer options versus just leaving them hanging.

Where your mask it's a must and you get to watch everyone touch everything and spread germs anyway... ridiculous!!!
