Most often ordering online and picking up in the store is very convenient and usually saves me time. Recently I have found that there is not always enough staff to make that happen. The employee who helped me was kind and quick to help me even though they were the only one working the customer service desk and they still had to run orders out to drive up customers. I do appreciate that. I just feel in a time when more people are ordering line to pick up or drive up there should be more employees on staff to make sure customers are actually saving time as they intended.

I have been coming to this location since I was 8 now 27 and its fantastic and only gets better. There is a very hard working manager working there. She does everything from helping other customers to other staff. I wish I could remember her name we are always delighted to see her. This target is the only bright spot of south ride mall. What this location lacks in grocery selection it makes up in much larger clothing selection. The grocery selection is small but I like almost everything they sell. And end up buying more things than a typical hyvee. I almost perfer this store size compared to a super target. Do not hesitate to go to this location!!!! Its GREAT! And almost prefer it to the West Des Moines Location. Clive is great also and love the mill civic location also. Also the remodel is great!!!!

i dont like going here because theres an old meth-head, hunchback lady who works in self-checkout and breathes down your neck as she checks to make sure you purchased everything in your cart (never had this happen at any self-checkout at any store ever), and engages you in annoying small talk....... stop hiring meth-heads target its bad business
