Michael was excellent!! Got me into a really great car! He was so patient and willing to explain everything to the t! I would highly recommend if you need a car going to carhop and asking to work with Michael! I had the best and easy car buying experience! Definitely will be back to work with carhop!
They guys are really great! Bad credit or good credit they will work with you the best way they can and will go out there way to get you in a vehicle. The reason I gave carhop 5 stars is because the came through for me when no other dealership would approve me. At the beginning of this week I was feeling really bad and was even being suicidal with everything that was going in my personal life and with not having a car it made it so worse I thought it was the end there was no hope but after my experience at carhope I now have hope and feel that I can overcome these hard times I'm going through everyone was friendly and willing to work with me even with my bad credit past and car issues they are understand and know especially now in these difficult times with this pandemic people struggle it was the best customer service I have ever gotten and the car that I got is great with no issues at all carhop will always hold a spot in my heart they saved my life and for that I am truly grateful

I suggest you follow the reviews here and not shop here after 2 months the band aid they used to repair my drive shaft came off so add a 2,too repair job on too of a 10,000 car and when tried to utilize my warranty it became a major issue not only with the dealership but who they use as their conduit for repairs when it of statenThe excuse was I talked the employee a certain way really? I don't recall speaking to anyone other than the manager who reluctantly wanted to do the repair on account it was a warranty claim.. photos don't lie and they refused to help me with payment..so why have a warranty if you get blamed and given the run around I would never ever shop at at cargo againn..you shouldn't either..defective vehicles I should ha e listen to.the reviews myself
