I bought a car from there not that long ago beginning of August, terrible experience on the bill of sale they wrote down the wrong vin number. Every since I got the car home, it had had nothing but issues. Which I guess I should of taken somebody with me when buying the car to actually look at it. There was something wrong with the front end, needed motor mounts, had a major oil leak, needed a new gas pump after a week of having it. In order to get my title I had to drive back there which I live an hour from them just for them to correct the bill of sale and to give me the title finally after 45 days. And then I don’t know what went wrong but the car broke down along side the road and now needs a new transmission. So not very impressed with them. I had gotten 2 new tires, a new gas pump, and oil change, literally everything maintenance wise except for motor mounts taken care of. I just think they should be more upfront on the conditions of the cars before they sell them. Literally I’m over 3,000 in the whole.

We bought a 2010 wrangler for over book value due to all the extras that was on it. Ad said everything works as it should. After we went and looked at the vehicle and made the offer the owner removed some extra lights and brackets. Contacted him and he said they didn’t work but would save them and we could pick them up... when time came he said they got throw away and gave my gf 50 bucks and showed here the cheapest light u can get off eBay. On top of that when we got home noticed that none of the other extra lights worked. The winch was fried.. and the sound system was unhook and sub was half blown. I also had noticed a small oil leak around the rear seal and he tried convincing me was from the oil pan gasket and come to find out they had contacted the previous owners a couple weeks after they traded it in complaining that the rear seal was out.......... I would not recommend ever buying.... this was one of the owners even. Sad way to run a business!!!!!

Got a really good deal on a used car. The staff was friendly. There was a minor mechanical issue with the car. They were honest and upfront about what was wrong. Recommended a mechanic that was there. Who was also friendly and reasonable on the cost of the repair. All in all I would recommend Cart's Auto to anyone looking for a good car.

I bought a 2005 Nissan altima from them back on March 13th 2020. It is now May 27th and I still do not have the title to this vehicle. Its been sitting in my driveway unable to be driven because I was not given dealer plates and I cannot register the vehicle without the title.... I have called multiple times every week, usually I can't even get them to pick up the phone let alone tell me why I have no title almost 3 months later. I'm not happy with these people or their service. I would not recommend Carts Auto to anyone..
