Have taken my BMW down to Ted's couple of times over the years. Tony and his crew are great. They always do outstanding work, trust them with my car always.
Most crooked auto repair shop i ever seen. Coming from a man who has worked and restored cars his whole life. Take ur business elsewhere unless you like spending needless dollars. Couldn't even give me a receipt. Gave me an estimate of $3000+ dollars for $50 in parts. Fixed it myself. I knew what the issue was when I took it to Ted's for second opinion. All i got was guesses and get it off our lot. State of iowa should investigate these criminals
As a single mom of a teenage driver, Ted's was patient with my inquiries and concerns. They went above and beyond to get my kiddo back on the road in a safe reliable vehicle. Great guys!
I was visiting my wife's family and needed an oil change and asked them to check my engine fluids. They changed my air filters without asking me and charged me an additional $80 for parts and services I never asked for. I got my money back, but I nor my wife's family will not be returning.
Tony and Anthony could not have been better repairing my teenage daughter's car not to make it look brand new but functional. Very honest and I trust them to not overcharge me.
