Had no real previous issues with this company until now. The owner knew we are waiting for unemployment to start so we can catch up on payments and yet his son and other employees feel that it is okay to repossess the car. The owner agreed to wait until we had the money. Unfortunately this has happened to people before. Every time it does happen the owner is out of the country. The car was a wedding gift to my wife. I am very disappointed.

I purchased a car from Alvarez Auto Sales, the whole staff was so nice answered all my questions. I make my payments on time and have never had a problem. I see bad reviews on here, I wonder if these made their payments on time?
I had nothing but a positive experience with Alvarez Auto. The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful. They helped me find the SUV perfect for my growing family, Nissan Murano! My credit is less than good and they were able to be flexible and help me out. They also did a full inspection of my used vehicle to ease my mind that it's safe for long distance travel. The whole staff at Alvarez Auto is very helpful and considerate in all aspects. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!
