Update: I had Gregg Young check out a car my son purchased. They said it would need $4000 worth of front end work. I took it to a shop in another state to get an inspection for registration. I had the new shop verify the work that needed done to give me a quote. I even gave them the report from Gregg Young. The new shop told us none of the work was necessary and there was barely any wear to the parts Gregg Young said I needed replaced due to excessive wear. I'm wondering how much unnecessary work I was charged for at my previous visits. Always get a second opinion.nnUpdate: I've been back 3 more times and I'll be back the next time I need services.nnThey fixed my windshield wiper arms for the cost of the diagnosis which was great. But they get 4 stars since they had to make an adjustment after they said it was fixed before I left the shop and didn't fill the washer fluid like they documented on my paperwork. They were prompt, polite, and professional. And have the cleanest mechanic shop I've ever seen.
I found a car online that I liked and scheduled a test drive with Sean Vick. Sean is one of the best car salesmen I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I come from a small town and Sean offers that humble, friendly, honest, small town vibe. He's all about helping you find what you are looking for and what you can afford. He answered all of my questions and the process overall only took a few hours. I was very pleased with the price and the whole process. Plus, lifetime free car washes on the car and more perks! I would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for someone they can trust. I have had other cars serviced in the past at Gregg Young and they have not disappointed.
The pricing for the service was quoted incorrectly several times. The tablet I signed gave an approximate price of 165.?? Which was incredibly high for an oil change and tire rotation that ultimately cost about $50. I was then asked if I wanted the tires balanced. The price was quoted as $99.+. I had assumed that was part if the tire rotation but reluctantly agreed. When all was done the balancing came to approx $45.00. The end price was $127.++. I would think a better job of quoting prices could have been done.
Every employee is so nice and personable! It’s really an amazing experience. They listen to you and your wants and needs. Mark is one of the best guys around! I definitely recommend getting your next vehicle here
I love that Nicole helped me she explained everything really well always had a smile on her face. I came in not having a good day after talking to her it was so much better. She even stayed after another hour just to help me I really appreciate her work and believe she deserve a little reward for all her hard work!
