Moss Motors did a fantastic job with making the process of buying a car painless. The gentleman helping me was friendly, polite, and patient. I felt very at ease and the people were knowledgeable. They are very helpful here and customer oriented. It's nice to go to a place where you see that they care more about you leaving with the car you want. They have a lot of choices to pick from as far as cars and they all look very nice for used vehicles. They are a hands on company because I seen them work on their own cars. Fair and reasonable pricing. I was there awhile because I couldn't make up my mind but I watched the owner stay consistent with each customer about how they operate etc.. he also treated everyone equally with the same respect. The owner was also willing to sit down with me to help me figure out what I wanted to do and I had no pressure from him at all to buy anything. He reassured me if I had any issues with my Kia that I could take it back there so they can look at it, I appreciated that. Thank you

Drove 2 hours to buy a jeep from here, first one we test drove ran out of gas almost immediately and we were told we couldn’t drive the other one we were interested in because they were “too busy”, how are we going to buy a car without driving it first or even being shown that it runs?

We have purchased 3 cars from Moss Motors over the past year and half and have had a great experience. The purchasing process and customer service has been outstanding. Moss Motors is a great place to purchase a used car for teenage drivers. They have a great selection and price range for good used cars.
