I just left this place on 9/20/20 at 345 pm. I asked for fresh food to be made. Which it is wasn’t. I asked for a meal. They didn’t give me the meal. I requested. And then when I called to ask about it. They ignored my calls especially after 10 times. All I wanted was my money back for them failing to meet my needs
Tried there new chicken sandwich. Was pleasantly surprised. I think there burgers are on the greasy side. But, this was good. No dining in right now. Which is also why they only got 4 stars.
This morning I went through the drive through to get a coffee and I needed to put something in my stomach I was hoping I had enough for a sausage patty but I didnt so the drive through employee covered one dollar of my meal to ensure I got something in my tummy this lady was such a sweetheart really really nice lady she definitely deserves praise and recognition as she was just so nice and her customer service is always amazing
The person doing drive through duty on Thursday afternoon (August 27th) around 1:45 pm was incompetent at taking one's order, and full of attitude when I repeated my order. POOR customer service. I will Never EVER patronize that branch any more. Wendy's down the road and even the Burger King by Walmart in Windsor Heights provides better service than what I experienced today.
Always friendly people. Even in the dead of winter at a cold drive through. Very fast, very efficient.
