The barista's are great but if you don't want to wait an hour then order ahead an hour. I have never been here when there wasn't a long line inside and out. Today is Thanksgiving so I thought it might not be to bad, boy was I wrong. There was a line of 16 cars and there were 11 people standing outside with more inside. I ordered ahead and still had to wait an hour. Very popular place on the SW side of town.

Order online and pick up in store works great. Pay using your phone so minimal interaction. Great bagel bites and love.tje coffee

Zero stars for their rudness. Wanted me to leave after waiting 5 minutes on 2 coffees they hadn't even started because I was holding my mask fully over both my mouth and nose. Sorry my flipping ears won't give you the Corona virus, in fact the mask doesn't do anything. Also why didn't you tell the mud who was doing the same thing to leave? Yeah say ny to the like $1000 I dorms a year minimum.

Baristas here are very rude. Would give no stars if possible. I forgot my mask at home so I created a face covering out of a cloth in my car, clearly abiding by their “face covering required” rules, and the barista says “JuSt So YoU kNoW tHe NeXt TiMe YoU cOmE iN yOu NeEd A mAsK.” So since she wasted her breath on someone who clearly was following the rules, I’m wasting my time creating a poor review for her.
