Used to be so quick. Now they are so slow and hardly ever get the order right. Waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes for a #9 extra cheese and hot peppers while no one was ahead of me. Got home and no extra cheese.

Store needs better management to staff them appropriately at busy times. Waiting an hour and a half for old soggy food to be delivered is not acceptable. If you know your delivery times are over an hour out due to staffing, either disable this service until you catch up, or stop making the food early and letting it sit for an hour to get soggy before delivering.

They forgot to mark my food as ready to be picked up and I was waiting and when I got my food it was gross and we ate it because we were so hungry from waiting. Not coming to this location again. And was told that it was a common problem. Needs to be fixed. We were also waiting for 35 minutes. Not freaky fast do not recommend this location.

Don't know if they always disconnect the phone line when they're really busy, but they did last night. Tried calling an hour into the wait to check on the status and the phone was disconnected for the next 30+ minutes. That was probably more frustrating than the extended wait.

Ordered through the app. When we got there to pick it up, they said it would be 10 more minutes. We waited at 30 minutes and watched several people walk up, place an order and leave with it during that time. Very frustrating! Then there was a hair inside my sandwich to top it off!
