If I could rate a negative review I would! I have signed up for text alerts for when my prescription is done and have yet to receive one over the last couple years. I eventually call to ask if my prescription is ready and nobody has a clue what’s going on. Every time I come in they tell me they don’t have my insurance on file and have to restart that process. I am there every month to fill my sons prescription and my insurance has never changed. They also never have the correct address so when they ask to verify my address it never matches and most of the time is an address I have never lived. The line is always ridiculously long because they are moving at a snails pace. Then when you finally get up there you run into every issue possible. I have never had an issue at any other location. I am done with Walgreens in altoona!!

Very slow service whether you are getting a prescription or other goods. The entire checkout process is very slow, enough so that I dread going here. I try very hard to avoid going here but occasionally I have to and it is painful every time.

I have used this pharmacy for just over a year now and not a single time have they filled my prescriptions properly. If you have the option, go somewhere else.

I have had many photos printed here in the past, over 80 in fact. But this time I was sorely disappointed when I went to pick up a couple 8x10 prints. Upon inspection of the print there were runs in my photos that do not exist in the original, and when asked to see if it was an error with the printer there was very minimal troubleshooting done. After this I am unsure if I will do anymore printing business here for my photography.

The guy who works at the photography counter is PHENOMENAL. I’ve had several prints done over the years and he is always so helpful and knowledgeable—and always makes sure you have the best discount codes!!
