First time we have used Pocahontas Ford and we couldn't be happier with their services! From beginning to end, everyone we dealt with (Donna White, Brenda Skoland, and Rob) were excellent! They were able to get my vehicle in quickly both times, and were extremely helpful. We will be coming back for anything else we may need!
I was very impressed with the service. They are not a company that tries to take you for a ride. They tell you what the issues are and not take advantage of you. As far as how long it takes you to get in when you have an appointment, I showed up 30 minutes early and I no sooner sit down and they were on it. Very knowledgeable and good people.

Drove and hour and a half to test drive a car and told Beverly we were very interested. The car was new on lot and needed to go through inspection and make a few repairs. She told us she would call after the inspection was completed and we would come back and purchase it. She called the next day and said she sold it to someone else with out even discussing it with us first. Very poor service. What kind of a person would do that?
