This is a perfect time to visit Descanso gardens. Think Easter, think tulips. They are lovely and in huge beds. Parking is free at Descanso and admission is $6 for seniors and students and $9 for adults. Go early, the garden is less crowded. This would be a great place to get some casual family photos. Rose garden and lilacs are also a must see.
