Jensen Le Mars Ford is the best in the business. Chris was very helpful in helping me pick out my 2018 F150. He even had it delivered to Sioux Falls that same day. I can't say enough positive things about Chris and Jensen Motors. I'll definitely be coming back here again soon!

While traveling this past summer, a issue arose with my 2019 f350. I had called other service departments with no availability for several days. Fortunately I called LeMars ford and they squeezed us in the next morning! They were very helpful, identifying the issue and getting us on our way! It was great to find a dealership that takes care of those traveling thru the area and makes an effort to get us back on the road! Wish the dealships in my home area would take a lesson from LeMars ford!

We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received at Jensen's in LeMars! Zach was a pleasure to work with! It was the first time for me purchasing a car completely over text messaging and his first time selling a car over texting! He understood my schedule and always answered my questions promptly. I appreciate his transparency and all of the work that went into this unconventional way of purchasing a car! Zach and his team worked very hard to make sure I received the best price available. We did our own research and price comparisons and NO ONE could come close to the price we were offered. I'm so glad we chose Jensen and would recommend anyone to do business with Zach and his team!

DECEPTION: Avoid this dealership like the rona plague that is impacting all of us right now. I'd rate it 0 stars if I could.nnI received a letter 1 week ago in the mail stating they are looking for used vehicles and that mine (2015 F-150) was at an all time high for trade in value. So I texted the offer code to the number listed in the letter and received an instant reply with a trade range of $27,500 - $30,250. I set up an appointment for today and after a quick 10-minute review of my vehicle history and an inspection by them, I am offered a laughable $22,500. Mind you, one adult owner, no kids, in like new condition (2-3 minor dents and scratches total) and very low miles for the 2015 year at 44,500 miles. Ironically enough, the KBB homework I did before going in was very similar to their deceiving text offer at $27,600 - $31,300 as well. I also looked at car guru prices for my same truck and they are priced in the $31,000 - $33,000 range. Needless to say they wasted my time and their time while trying to rob me blind in the process.nnPLEASE DO NOT respond to this scam offer, nor buy or trade at this dealership. If their current letter they sent in the mail asking me to text in my VIN to see the value of my vehicle in a trade scenario was a national promotion to get used vehicles in their hands, they would be facing lawsuits right now.nnTo make matters worse, I also had routine service: THE WORKS scheduled today during this visit. Everything went smoothly until the end when they told me my oil pan is leaking and it will cost me $881 to repair. I have observed no oil drips in parking lots or my garage so if one shows up after today I will be very suspicious.nnWhat a shady look for this once prestigious Brand. I'm hopeful its just this dealership and not all of Ford because my family and I have been Ford loyal for 30+ years. Maybe the pandemic has gotten to their head or they are desperate?

Excellent vehicle at a great price. Would have been five stars if not for the in house financing part of the deal. I was charged way higher rate than I should have been and will not fall for that again. The fine print said I could try to negotiate the rate so it's on me for not reading the complete agreement but it's too bad that they take advantage of people in the heat of the moment. My salesman was awesome and I would certainly buy from him again. Overall a good experience but now I have the hassle of refinancing my loan right away.
