Firehouse Subs Souththowne Square

I thought the menu was good and the food met my expectations.

These subs used to be really good. Too much bread now and way too dry. I don’t know if they changed the bread or what but it’s not the same at all. Just nasty. I’ll stick with subway after this.

There subs are amazing! You never have to worry about not being filled up. Also I love the fact that when you purchase from here, it's going for a great cause.

Been here a quite a few times the last few years. But the 4 times this year have all been subpar. The manager there is not friendly at all. She belittles the staff in front of people & isn't good at keeping the place stocked properly. There were hardly any of the hot sauces on the other trip. This time there wasn't any cups for the hot sauce. She was doing inventory at lunch instead of helping the poor staff that were way understaffed. She'd rather do the inventory of the pop machine so no one could use it. I love the sandwiches, but the manager needs some extra training.
