Don't usually leave reviews but today's experience forced me to. After the app told me the order would be delivered in an hour, I called the store after an hour and a half. The gentleman at the store told me my order was still sitting at the store and would be delivered within their 2 hour delivery time... nowhere was 2 hours mentioned. I was simply told I could come pick it up. Since I'm quarantined, that's not an option I told him. His response, you could come pick it up... absolutely no help whatsoever.

Fast service for as busy as they were. The hut is always good. They did forget our extra sauce..

First of all, the order took AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET TO ME. I used to work at a pizza place. Even when we were slammed and down 3 drivers, we didn't take 90 minutes to get a couple of pizzas to someone.nThe pizza was NOT hot, only barely lukewarm. I did not receive the Garlic Buttery Blend (crust) that I ordered on my pizza. It was just REGULAR CRUST instead. Also, I did not receive the marinara sauce I ordered with the breadsticks.nOverall, pizza was not good, left a bad feeling in my stomach.nI have not had this horrible of an experience ordering pizza in 20 years. I will AVOID PIZZA HUT FROM NOW ON.

Ordered food off the app. Said it will be 27 minutes for delivery- it took 1 hour 15 minutes for my food. The pasta was inedible. The wings had hardly any sauce on them and they forgot my ranch. Didn't offer a substitute.

If I could give this place a no star that’s what I’d do. Food was below average and service was terrible, asked to have a pizza split in half and it was like I asked the guy to cut his arm off and give it to me. I don’t typically leave reviews, but save yourself and go to a different Pizza Hut or company all together.
