There needs to be a lot of weeds removed from all the banks of all the ponds. In my opinion there is not sufficient space to fish on most of the property. The big pond is the only pond with suitable access to fishing. The rest of the ponds have weeds that are waist high. Trim that all down and I will give more than a 1 star review, but as for now, I didnt even wanna give 1 star. The place is a huge disappointment when it comes to fishing.

Great fishing and ease of access. I never failed to catch good size bass without a boat.
