Small town, big attitudes. Reminds me of 1970s car sales tactics. Sales area, garbage can full, smelled like a garage inside lobby dirty. People eventually warm up to you after purchase. If you don't mind putting up with the Sales theatrics. Nice people, just think they're behind the times. Need a new Ford dealership like ours in Sioux Center.

Excellent repair department, service personnel and office staff. Efficient, honest and reasonable. They did a great job! I recommend them to everyone who expects quality work. Thanks Steve for all your help.
I had an appointment at 4pm. When I came in I could tell they’d messed up scheduling it. So I asked it they had time to fit me in. I would have been fine to reschedule. They told me they had time and they knew I would be waiting in the lobby. (They specifically wrote one the ticket that I was waiting) they proceeded to let my car sit in the parking lot for an hour. Then took another 30 min to get it done. They never updated me. Never did any kind of check up. I’ve been here two other times and had to wait long periods of time. Not coming back.
I had a travel emergency. I was greeted with a smile and on a ROTTEN FRIGID day, the service group was friendly, helpful, and able to get me back on the road. No one LIKES to go to a dealer for service, especially while on a trip, but they made it as nice as possible! THANKS GUYS!
